Mat Pilates – Prema Centre
Develop your balance, strength and improve posture throughout this fabulous eight-week class in Mat Pilates with practitioner, enthusiast and inspirational teacher Karen Crowcombe from the Great Life Project.
Learn the fundamental disciplines of Pilates in this calm and supportive environment, taking place in the beautiful, airy and naturally ventilated gallery at Prema.
Pilates is great for managing and preventing injury and has immeasurable benefits for helping improve mental wellbeing and assisting restful sleep. All exercises will be done either standing or lying down in our light & airy gallery.
This class is suitable for all abilities as Karen will demonstrate and adapt each exercise to your level.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring along an exercise mat each time.
